Looks great. That rock vibrator might destroy itself by the offset weight on the bearings and electrics. Would making an offset weight on its own to be spun by the motor by belt work.

Pity you shortened the other conveyor would have made a good size radial stacker. How many tons per hour can you crush?

Now you 'only' need a plate compactor or a roller compactor.

In Aus. Topsoil/spoil piles. A lot of farmers will have rock piles from there fields. And the side of the road/cuttings through hillsides. Now. To the concentric vibrator. Usually you need to solid mount the motor and put the concentric part on the shaker. And belt drive it. Constantly off weighting the motor usually ends up with bearings exiting the program. Also Mrs Kevin must be the most amazing and understanding lady to let you loose building and creating what comes into your head.

Food is part of survival; why wouldn't you take it all? You know what being hungry is like, why leave it for an unknown person when you know you will need it in a day or two? The only unpardonably part is the mess, leave the place as tidy as you found it. It is the junk piles I see around urban homeless camps that cause people to hate them, then you lose public sympathy that would have bought you more food and more help. Junk piles are non-negotiable as there are garbage bins and dumpsters everywhere in the city.

With continuous use your springs will need to be heavier duty

Why not use the original conveyor to load the rocks on to the hopper that way you can increase the angle of the hopper to allow rocks to fall quicker into the crusher

You can get an actual vibration motor from granger pick your size yes costly but no problems more run time . Mabe go to a jobsite to crush stone there make a few $$ to pay for motor

I love the rock crusher

I can see that it would be nice if you could run the conveyor and the shaker from the diesel motor instead of the electric motors. Maybe you could mount some pulleys to drive them on the side opposite the crusher's drive belts. When you mount everything on a trailer you will have a nice compact independent unit.

you know if you wanted to put the deck at a higher angle you could just build a slight ramp from dirt so your tractor dump box can get above it easier

If I may suggest, you have two conveyors. Have one dump onto the other and then dump into your trailer. Eliminate the need to load the trailer after the fact.
